
Kellen Giuda
Mr. Kellen Giuda began his career in architecture and has spent over two decades applying its disciplines to building organizations across technology, media, politics, and national security.
He is currently the founder and CEO of KG Capital, a private quantitative research and technology firm developing algorithmic models for U.S. equity and options markets.
Previously, he founded American Military News in 2015, growing it into one of the most widely read defense and geopolitical media platforms in the world with more than 215 million lifetime readers and perfect annual accuracy ratings from a leading media watchdog. AMN maintained direct reporting relationships with the White House, National Security Council, and the Pentagon, and reported annually from the sidelines of the Army/Navy football game as a USAA-sponsored media partner. He sold the company in 2023.
Prior to AMN, Kellen founded an operations management firm in New York City and Washington, D.C., serving clients across the corporate, nonprofit, and political sectors. He served as National Coalitions Director on Speaker Newt Gingrich’s 2012 presidential campaign and previously directed a national legislative campaign for a balanced budget amendment that brought together 180 organizations representing seven million advocates, resulting in co-sponsorship by 32 U.S. Senators and 124 U.S. Representatives.
Kellen has engaged with senior military and defense leaders across the national security enterprise including U.S. Army Futures Command, U.S. Army Cyber Command, Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Naval War College, leading U.S. commercial space companies and more. He participated in the Marine Corps Executive Forum and was a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) from 2015 to 2025.
Kellen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami School of Architecture.
